FAQs and Policies

  • I need help in choosing my classes. How can I know what classes are appropriate for me?
    You can start by looking at our types of classes, and sense what types of classes interest you. We indicate the difficulty level for each of our classes, so you can also use this as a guide in deciding which of our classes are a good fit for your own skill level and interest.
  • What can I expect on my first visit?
    When you arrive, let the desk staff know you are a new student. Our staff will give you a form to fill out and show you where everything is located. Once you've settled in, you can kick your shoes off and head into your studio where your instructor is available for any questions. Never hesitate to ask any of our staff questions. We want you to feel at home in our space.
  • How many classes should I take per week?
    We recommend 2-4 classes per week, to build consistent practice with the lessons taught.
  • I am pregnant. Can I still take yoga classes?
    While there are studies and information that share the benefits of prenatal yoga, we strongly recommend and encourage you to consult your doctor before making any decisions. Your safety is our utmost priority, and encourage you to secure approval or guidance from medical professionals.
  • I am not flexible. Can I still take yoga classes?
    Yes. The D Fly Fitness studio provides classes for all stages of life and all fitness/flexibility levels.
  • Can I practice yoga while I am on my period?
    Yes. Practicing yoga while on your period is very safe and feasible, and can even improve some of the symptoms that come with periods, such as cramping and moodiness.
  • Is there a dress code we should follow in the studio?
    There is no specific dress code in our studios. We encourage you to wear what makes you feel comfortable, and allows you to move freely without restriction.
  • Should I bring my own yoga mat to the studio?
    For hygienic reasons, we encourage you to bring your own mat. However, we also provide yoga mats in our studios for borrowing.
  • Can I use my class plans in different studio locations?
    No. Class plans are exclusive to the studio location you purchased them under. They are non-transferable across different locations.
  • What modes of payment do you accept?
    We accept payments via Paynow or Credit Cards online.
  • Do I need to register an account on your site to book a class?
    Yes. To book a class, you must first create an account on your preferred location's website. From there, you can browse through our classes and select what you would want to book a schedule for. You can make bookings either on our website or on our app.
  • Can I book and join a class on the same day?
    Yes. You can choose to join a class and book a slot on the same day through the app or website. We will only be accepting your booking via the app or website.
  • Can I book a class in-person in the studio?
    No. We do not accept walk-ins. All bookings are done and accepted online through our app or website.
  • Will I be charged if I book a class and do not attend?
    Yes. To prevent this, you can cancel your booking on our website or app. As long as you cancel your booking 12 hours in advance, you will not be charged. However, if you cancel within 12 hours before the class, you will be charged for your booking. If you have a plan that allows unlimited sessions and keep your booking without attending the class more than three times, your plan will be temporarily blocked for a week. This means that you cannot attend any classes within this week.
  • Do the pricing plans have an expiry date?
    Yes. All plans have an expiration date.
  • Why should I download the App?
    Our app gives you easier access to our live schedules and any important updates such as workshop details or community events. You can directly make bookings on the app and also have access to your account info and transaction history.

Our Policies and Guidelines

1. Kindly arrive 15 minutes before your class to get ready. BE PUNCTUAL. If you are late you will not be allowed to join the class or reschedule and the credit will not be refunded. This is for your own safety and our way to respect both our instructors and other students.

2. You are responsible for all risks involved in your participation in any activities, events or classes at D Fly Fitness Studio. The risks may include injuries caused by your physical condition, D Fly Fitness Studio instructors, staff or other participants in the class.

3. Class Packs commence from the date of purchase.

4. There will be no extensions, transfers, or refunds of class plans after purchase.

5. We accept payments online through our website and app, via bank transfers, or in person at the studio via Paynow before you attend the first class of your purchased plan. For any assistance, contact us.

6. Cancellation of your booking has to be done 12 hours prior to the start of the class. If you cancel within the 12-hour window, you will be charged for the class.

7.  We have the right to refuse service to anyone who does not treat our staff, instructors, studio, and other students with kindness and respect.

8. Workshop / Teacher Training Course Cancellation and Refund Policy 

If you register for a workshop or teacher training course and are unable to attend: you will not be eligible for a refund. 


However, if your workshop is canceled, you will be notified via email and/or phone in a timely manner and receive your preferred mode of refund (converting your payment into studio credit or a full refund).

9. Children under 16 years of age may not sit in the reception area while their parent or guardian takes a class unless they are accompanied by another adult. Our reception staff is not required and liable to supervising children.

10. Returns or exchanges of merchandise are honored in their original condition within 7 days of the original purchase date. Our return and exchange policy is only valid on unworn, unused, and unwashed merchandise. The merchandise must still have its hang tags attached and must be kept in its original packaging.  We do not accept returns or exchanges from other retailers. Items purchased at a discounted rate 

are final and non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 


D Fly Fitness reserves the right to determine the eligibility for returns and exchanges, and may update this policy at any time without notice.
