Aerial Yoga Basics
Aerial Yoga Basics is suitable for anyone who are new to Aerial Yoga. Students will learn the fundamentals of Aerial Yoga. When students master the basics and fundamental yoga poses, they are ready to join the Aerial Yoga Beginner class.
Aerial Yoga Beginner
Aerial Yoga is also referred to Anti-Gravity and Flying Yoga. It combines traditional yoga poses, Pilates and dance with the use of the hammock. Yoga poses which some find difficult to do on the ground may be easier in mid-air using the hammock. Students are guided through a dynamic flow of postures to achieve psychological and physical benefits such as improving flexibility and balance, healing spinal issues, and relieving stress. This class is suitable for beginner level students.
Aerial Yoga Intermediate
Aerial Yoga Intermediate is suitable for those who have mastered the basics of Aerial Yoga and would like to be more challenged. Students will learn more advanced combinations of moves on the hammock. Your strength and flexibility will significantly increase.
Aerial Flow Beginner
Aerial flow is a class that moves with fluidity and links poses together. You will learn flow sequences and postures to hold and balance, while improving mind body awareness. This class is suitable for beginner level students.
Aerial Hammock Intermediate
Aerial Hammock is designed for those who enjoy a beautiful form of aerial dance and yoga poses performed on the hammock. In this class, you will learn how to utilise the hammock while incorporating the flow and aerial dance sequences. This class is suitable for intermediate level students.
Aerial Hoop features a circular hula hoop suspended from the ceiling. Dancers may perform acrobatic moves on the hoop. Sessions are taught to develop your strength, flexibility and beautiful lines with dynamic moves.
Floor Yoga Stretch
Floor Yoga Stretch helps to fully stretch the body through gentle movements and improve flexibility. Other benefits include muscle toning and loosening of tight joints, stimulation of glands and reducing tension. This class is suitable for beginner level students who are looking for a gentle stretch.
Hatha Yoga involves a set of yoga postures and breathing techniques. It is about balancing of the body and mind. With Hatha Yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberate into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels.
Wheel Yoga helps to strengthen the core, increase flexibility, improve balance and stability, and deepen your backbends. In Wheel Yoga class, you will learn how to use yoga wheel to support your practice, allowing you to experience a fuller expression of each pose.
Bungee Workout is a high cardio, core strengthening and low impact fitness program which you are attached to a literal bungee cord. It combines resistance training with a cardiovascular workout. Throughout the class, you will learn how to work with the bungee cord to further engage your core. It is perfect to improve your flexibility and mobility without causing joint problems.
In Jazz Dance class, instructors create their own dance moves using Jazz dance styles. This class is great for those who enjoy the rhythm and grooves. It's suitable for dancers of all levels.
K-Pop Dance is a choreography-based class taught to popular Korean pop music. Students will be taught various dance routines made famous by the original K-Pop artists.
